COMMERCIAL DESIGN
THE CONCEPT
Like a butterfly we are each on a journey, with changes that challenge us along the way. Here at Renewed Hope clinic our passion is to transform minds and bodies by helping individuals work through those challenges, and come out with the freedom, joy, and beauty of a butterfly. For the design of this outpatient clinic, we will be addressing mood and anxiety disorders as well as substance abuse. With these medical conditions in mind, the clinic will be designed to minimize hazards to ensure the safety of its users. We will use evidence-based design practices and incorporate research-based strategies to develop our space plan, focusing on important adjacencies and way-finding strategies. Materials used in the clinic will be sustainable, comfortable, cleanable, and have soft edges. Each of these design strategies working together create a calm, therapeutic, and interactive space.
THE CONCEPT
Amore E Luce, love and light, will take guests on a romantic journey through Sicily right in the heart of Boston. The aromas of fresh foods and fine wines will enchant each guest with a little taste of Italy. This elegant space will showcase Sicily’s rich history and beautiful architecture through its moody ambiance. The use of playful colors and natural textures will have guests traveling abroad to the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Agency is a Real Estate Office based in Indianapolis, IN. An industrialized space designed to maximize comfort and functionality amongst employees. Utilizing natural light to promote success and mindfulness in the workplace. The Agency will bring people together to collaborate on ideas and generate an overall positive environment.

The Mosaic Center is committed to creating a sustainable future for healthcare professionals and the communities they serve. Our new sustainability design concept aims to minimize our environmental impact while maximizing our ability to connect, work, and learn. By incorporating eco-friendly building materials, energy-efficient systems, and sustainable practices into our facilities, we aim to create a space that not only supports professional growth but also promotes a healthier planet. Our goal is to demonstrate that sustainability and functionality can coexist in a modern healthcare environment and to inspire others in the industry to follow suit.
THE CONCEPT
Banks Channel Jr. High is a welcoming, enticing space for young minds to grow their education. This learning environment will let students expand their creativity and inspire new ideas amongst North Carolina’s youth. Using soft materials and light colors to make this space comfortable for each and every student. Banks Channel will provide a safe space for the next generation to become intellectual and respectable individuals.
