Morgan County, where I plan to build, requires no building permits for any structure, but building codes must be followed. Tennessee also has low taxes, low property costs, and plenty of land suitable for agriculture.

Using sustainable technologies, this space is entirely self sufficient and adequate for off grid living. the interior of this home is designed with contrasting colors and cool tones to bring the Tennessee environment indoors.
